Are you a results-driven lead generation expert who can independently source and qualify leads using your own tools? KodersKube is looking for a Remote Lead Generation Specialist on a project-based basis to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients within target markets using your own lead generation tools and databases.
- Conduct outreach campaigns via email, phone, social media, or other channels using your own tools.
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and business fit.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or consultations with potential clients for the sales team.
- Track and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate lead records and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Monitor outreach metrics and continuously optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, sales techniques, and lead generation best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and self-discipline.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns.
- Must own and proficiently use your own lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, etc.).
- Data-driven and results-oriented mindset with focus on pipeline growth and KPIs.
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
- Experience in the technology, SaaS, or B2B sectors.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Cold calling and multi-channel prospecting experience.
- Familiarity with lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies.
